Time for a Quicky

Just a quick entry today ... I lost another 700 grams this week ... I am so pleased because I have been over indulging in my eating but maintaining my activities.
I'm trying a new core strengths training once a week - its very challenging, so its great trying out new activities to work different muscles.
I am so happy that I love to do my strengths training now - this weightloss journey is now officially my ADVENTURE! And I am loving it!
Bring on the weekend ... I have my nephews and neice staying - full on action and I have heaps of energy to play with them :) xx
