8 hours' sleep - it must be Friday!

This blog is to remind myself yet again about the joys of a great night's sleep. I went to bed at 10.30 and woke on my own at 6.35, a whole 8 hours almost to the dot. Which is weird, what if I thought 8 hours and 7 minutes was just the right amount of sleep for me? Anyway, feeling rested although a bit achy from a hard water workout.
I wasn,t really in the mood for the water yesterday but went anyway, though I'm sure if it was colder water I had to get into I would have wiggled out of it. And I wanted to stop during the workout but kept plugging along. And I could hardly make it up the steps, which I should count as a good sign, since I had worked out til there was nothing left. Had a light meal, watched Downton Abbey and then, to bed.
One more day of work, then a holiday weekend with DH. weather looking grim so it is indoors activities for us both, some DIY in the living room and time to put away my winter wardrobe.

    After a swim and a sleep you must be feeling pretty good for Friday. It's good to workout until there's 'nothing left'. A great way to get quick results.

    Tom and I loved Downton Abbey. Can't wait til the 2013 Season 3 comes out.
