The Stamina 55-1610 InMotion E1000 Elliptical Trainer

I am now the new owner of this itty bitty elliptical machine and so far I like it. I've only had it for one day though and I've only used it for about an hour (and then I caught my youngest babe's foot and had to put it away). However, so far I like it. I burned over 400 calories (and that's with multiple interruptions from my middle son) while watching 666 Park Avenue. I did break a sweat and I was able to get to about a jog. The strides are shorter than a traditional elliptical machine and that's probably the biggest negative I can offer. It weighs about 25 lbs but it takes up far less space than any traditional treadmill, stairstepper, elliptical, or stationary bike. It also has no handlebars to steady yourself with but I don't have an issue with this. I don't have the best balance in the world but I can ride a bike and seems to be all the balance I really need :) But as I mentioned, I've only owned this machine for less than 12 hours so it's premature to determine if the machine is truly worth investing in. I will do my best to touch back over the next several weeks and provide my input. The reason I purchased this little machine is because I wanted something small, lightweight, and quiet that I could use while I was watching tv during the day. This fit my criteria-- oh and it was far less expensive then every other machine on the market!!!!! I purchased mine on Amazon if you're interested :)
