Oh not-so-healthy food! Why must you taste so damn good!!
Don't freak too much about it, friend...if it makes you feel better, all I ate on Saturday was half a medium pan pizza and chocolate - lol - Sunday wasn't much better, I had a small bag of Doritos for dinner. My fruit/veggie count for the weekend was pathetic but I at least drank a lot of water. Monday mornings are my weigh-in and I did NOT want to get out of bed and on the scale because I thought I had blown it over the weekend for sure but you know what? I was still down 3 pounds! I learned from this weekend - perfection is not necessary or reasonable, if you are good 80% of the time, those little slip-ups don't really make too big of a difference at the end of the day.
