My Ministry is being Sparked!

Tuesday, October 16, 2012

If you have read the first five chapters of the book Sparked you will understand what a I am about to share. Since beginning this book I am beginning to see how the blocks actually fit together. When I started this journey I was looking for help with my weight loss and health but something unexpected has happen to me since then. The same mindset that has held me back with permanent weight-loss has also interferred in the success of my ministry. Adapting those same focuses that I am using here at Spark has already ignited a change in how I look at my ministry. I have come up with a vision and plan for what I want to see in my ministry. I have started scheduling and planning for 2013. I have even added to the calendar my vacation for me and my husband. See when we aren't keeping track of a little thing like what we are eating for our personal health there are other areas that we miss that hinder our success in other parts of our lives. So if you feel that you are not getting the success in some area of your life maybe you should try taking these lessons from Sparkpeople and apply them and see if things change. Let every area of your life become Sparked. emoticon

Great blog entry! And a good reminder that planning is half the route to success.
