I now have plantar fasciitis which makes it very hard to run. In fact, it hurts to walk alot but I'm back up to 160 pounds and not happy about it. I have ran two 5K's since my injury and almost feel like I might as well run if I'm gonna hurt anyway. It's very frustrating. I did just get the Zumba2 for my Wii fit so I can do that as well. I'm back to trying to track my exercise and hopefully on my way back down to a lighter weight.
