I haven't tried Just Dance 4 but I have Just Dance 3 - I'm not a huge fan. It's really only fun if you do it with other people. I use Dance Central for solo workouts instead and find it is way better. Mainly because they have a "break it down" section which teaches you the routine before you actually do it for a score. From my experience, Just Dance is more of a party game, Dance Central is more if you are more serious about dancing, choreography and learning routines. I use mine almost every day and love it (we are a two Xbox family, I have my own and fiance has his own in his man cave).
Sounds like you had fun on your trip - glad to have you back!!
this is the first time I watched a video on spark people. I really like your candid video, and I even laughed a few times. Keep up the great work girl! I've been struggling with resolve, especially when I travel for work, and you talked me through it with your travel video! :-) Thank you so much. 2503 days ago
I am glad you enjoyed your trip! It sounds as though you did the best you could in the circumstances. A lifestyle is just that. You are living it. There are days we won't have "exact", but keeping in mind the healthy way it balances. 2503 days ago
Awesome update! I'm really excited to give video blogging a try. However my web cam seems to have disappeared - so I'll likely try my cell phone out as a temporary fix. Isn't it amazing how badly those games can kick your butt? Sadly I don't have my own Xbox Kinect just yet. (But Christmas is coming!) ... I know when I tried out a fitness game last Spring I went into it super cocky. I was sweating by the time it was done, but I wasn't impressed -- because it didn't hurt until the next day! I felt miserable in an awesome way. I'm sure you know what I mean. Anyway, keep up the good work! I look forward to tomorrow's update.
