It's a new Week!

Today is Monday! I only walked 3 days last week and as you know didn't keep good eating habits over the weekend. Although when my hubby took me out to dinner I had a nice grilled steak and grilled shrimp, but the appetizer was fried and I couldnt resist! I didnt have dessert so I didnt over-do it too bad.

Well this week has started off pretty good. My son kept me up til 1 am so I slept in and didnt have breakfast but I did have a turkey sandwich and baked chips for lunch! Dinner was a baked chicken breast with green beans & corn! Last night I baked a low cal bread pudding from SP recipes and it is delicious, it is enough to eat for 3 days!

I started off walking a mile today, and plan to increase it to a mile and half by Thursday. I would like to be up to 2 miles by the end of October. I tried doing some of the workout videos but I am not too enthused with them so maybe I'll find something else for an evening workout.
