Feeling Good about myself...

Okay. So it's another week and I can't wait to get to the gym this afternoon. Me and my husband meet there daily to play racquetball and exercise. It's great. I've built my stamina up to 60 min. playing racquetball and I do treadmill and weight bearing machines also. The most I've exercised so far is 60 min. I've been to the gym every weekday for the past 3 weeks and I feel great and I can see the difference. I haven't lost a lot of weight but my body is reshaping and I love what I am seeing. I know it didn't take me overnight to gain the weight, so I'm not expecting it to come off fast either. I'm eating more nutritious and guess what, I'm looking forward to being more healthy. I love how I feel. GREAT.. Exercise is great...
