Day 5

Yeah, so no posts days 2-4 as it was the weekend and I was doing everything I possibly could to avoid cheating on my ISAGENIX program......

Managed to get through the weekend without any huge blowouts, only 1 glass of red and a couple of stolen pieces of cheese and hotdog from my kid's plate.

Stepped on the scale this morning and was down 7lbs from last weight in on Wednesday. Wow. Couple of good workouts, strictly adhering to the plan and seeing results quickly. I like that. I should reward myself with pizza ;)
