ok so the first day after my first workout was AWFUL. my body was SOOOOO sore i couldnt sit or stand without saying OW! but it was amazing because i worked ALL those muscles. went to salem MA yesterday and walked for 9n hours so i felt i didnt have to do the workout yesterday (and i was still recovering from day 1) Today was a TINY bit easier. im still drinched in sweat and i know im gonna be sore later but i can already feel a change in my stamina which is great!
