It Hurts!

Yesterday I did about 15-20 minutes of Cardio and Strength training. Afterwards I felt entirely worn out, as if something was wrong with me. Today I woke up and all day I have had severe pain in my legs. I can barely sit down or stand up with out sharp pain. I know this feeling is from being sore from the work out. Despite the pain I still put in 24 minutes of a low impact cardio. I am so proud of myself for pushing past the pain and choosing something 'easy' so that I could still get in my exercise for the day. Because I want to be healthy, I want to be strong, and happy. Hopefully, the pain goes away quickly and I can do it again with less pain!

    Could be shin splints, did you start slow by walking at a moderate pace for 3-5 mintues before speeding up the workout, and make sure to stretch after. If I skip stretching the hips muscles that run on the outside of my hips KILL me. Keep going at it just slow down if you have to and STRETCH!! emoticon

    That is great that you are doing it for you, and that you realize you can do it and you are doing it. Good luck and Push hard that way you get results
