Yeah I did gym time. 15min on bike and 15 on tread. Hopefully my heel wont' protest this evening.

I felt so awesome today. I took the day off, fuzzy socks and coffee on a cool morning was terrific. I almost talked myself out of the gym but so very glad I did it. I have been afraid to try and run since the shot in my heel made it feel all normal. I am off the weekend and am hoping to be able to hit the gym on Sunday and Monday. Soccer field all day tomorrow so I may not make it to the gym but not counting it out totally.
I got a good sweat in and it had been so very long. The scale has been so very wonderful and I want to keep it going in the right direction.
