Day 3

Today was not easy. The stress levels at work were very high and I suffered cravings all through the day. Many longing looks were sent towards the sweets table and I was almost salivating over the idea of some chocolate but I had a cup of coffee instead, which helps.
Still, my desk being situated right next to a table loaded with cookies, chocolate, Bounty bars, Lion bars, Twix and other goodies is not easy, especially since I got used to snacking freely.

Anyway, I stuck to my planned foods and did not go into Pizza Hut or McDonalds on the way home even though the idea of pizza and/or fries sounded really good. Neither did I buy chips or croissants during shopping (sigh) but stuck with meat, eggs and other low card goodies. I wish I could find some unsweetened jello though but it's not sold in Belgium, nor are pork rinds.
Oh well. I'll have a teaspoon of peanut butter for dessert. emoticon

    Stay strong! You can do this. Just think, in a few days those horrible cravings will be gone, and you'll be left wondering how they even tempted you so often. You can do it.
