Ok So It is Friday

Ok so I made it through the last week and a half sticking to my plan of watching my eating. I said NO many times when I wanted to say YES. It feel good to be more in control of my actions. On a whole it hasn't been to difficult. But for some reason I am really hungry today. Maybe because it is colder today or I am extra tired. I have really concentrate on staying focused on my program and get through the day. There will be a pay off.... along with weight loss..... I will feel better. One day at a time.
