ready for the weekend

Today is Friday woohoo :) it has been a long week at work. I have done great on working out and watching my portions sizes. I had a strong craving for something sweet yesterday so i bought a sweet tea drank half of it and dumped the rest it was just too sweet. I have busy weekend in store but a good one. My grandson is coming to spend the night with us while mommy and daddy go celebrate their 6th anniversary. I am a huge hockey fan so he is going with us to a our local CHL team game tonight yeah hockey. Tomorrow my husbands company is having a tail gating party before the college football game so we are going there for a little while. I will have to watch what i eat there (not sure what all is going to be there). I have been doing a beach body 10 minute carido and beach body 10 minute yoga, then walking for 25-40 minutes a day. I even work up early to do the dvd since I know with a 18 month old around I wont have time to do them after work. I will take him for a walk this afternoon plus chasing him around will burn some calories.
