I'M HERE! JUST SLOW GOING AGAIN THIS WEEK.

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon SLOWWWWW and steady wins the race.

This week has not proved to be any better than last. but the scale is still going down at least. a half pound. 153.5 now.
I know i will need to fight to keep that this week.

i am leaving for a trip tuesday night. not sure how the scale will read wednesday. might have to wait till i get back to weigh in properly as i will be staying in another state, and i always retain water when i fly. not to mention. going home and spending time with family and friends! pray i dont gain! lol

so thats my exciting blog this week! lol just hanging on to what i've lost. I plan on stepping it up when i come back because i'm going to start POWER 90. if any of you are interested in doing a program like that with me i would be happy to send you some info.

As of now i am 56.5 pounds down i started with 75 to lose and now i have 18.5 to go. A LOT of my success is due to shakeology that i drink everyday. and the multivitamin i take everyday.

Hope your doing well, and if not, dont be discouraged, just keep digging in your heels and moving on with it!
