Update from Day 11

Here I am, almost two weeks in, still going strong on Paleo. The sugar cravings appear to have subsided. I'm still having difficulty eating enough, especially since I've started exercising again and even doing some intense workouts besides (e.g., today was Billy Blanks Cardio Explosion--YOWZA!).

I've already made plans for my cheat meal on Nov. 1st. A co-worker and I are scheduled to go to the most sinful Mexican restauarant in the area. Not only is the food pretty darn authentic (and that's saying something for someone who spent formative years in East L.A.), but the portions are serious. As the co-worker said, "it's death on a plate, but so, so good."
