Well the cold weather is officially here. Its been a good summer - but looking at myself now - Im thick. The scale has stayed exactly the same ------134-136....
But Im thicker. Clothes fit differently - my profile is wide - and my belly is hanging. Delightful. emoticon and Im back in size 10 jeans.
This part of the equation is all about exercise. I just havent been getting any.

Im eating better and have started drinking 80 of water per day. That really does help me eat less. As much as I hate to admit it because I really dont like to drink that much...................... ( always running to the Ladies room) But it does curb your appetite.

Ok so ---------------- being thicker is simply losing tone. I know that emoticon

Have you ever considered doing a challenge? I have had success with the BLC challenge (now in my fourth round), as have many others. This challenge forces weekly weigh ins and participation in varied weekly challenges. For me personally, it has resulted in some very good friendships and a team that keeps me accountable on many levels. Next challenge starts in January, just in time to get that holiday weight off and jump-start those resolutions. Exercise and other NSVs are also emphasized.

I don't want to sound pushy, and I would totally understand if you don't want to do this (it is definitely a commitment. I am also involved in another challenge that doesn't require quite as much of a commitment). But if you are looking for something different to help you out, this might be it. If you think you might be interested, we can discuss this off line.

Looking forward to the walk at Watchung. As things stand now, my husband is coming, too!
