Pre-start week

Well I am at the pre start week as I like to call it. A week were I start to get used to eating healthy. I mean really you can eat anything that you want in moderation. If someone told me not to eat a candy bar I would just sit there and crave it until I get one. So I don't really think that you should tell yourself that you "can't" eat something.

My health along with my weight have gotten out of control. At 27 I have more health issues then both of my parents mind you in their 60's have. I have been dealing with heart issues (tachycardia) along with anemia (low iron) and hypokalemia (low potassium) as well as PCOS (polycycstic ovarian syndrome). I am at my heaviest and seam to be getting heavier. The last time I was actually weighed at the dr office about a month ago I was 299.5 now I am sure that I have surpassed the 300 mark.

I am hoping scratch that. I know that if I take back control of my weight I will be able to get control of my health. This will be a long journey and I will make it to the end in time. I will be as honest as possible in my blog so if you have any questions please feel free to ask me. I hope you all are able to get something out of my story and that I would get something from your support.
