Talk about kerfluffing around ... anyone would think I LOVE being 92 point something kgs the way I keep staying here ... note to self - keep withIN the recommended calorie range for the next 7 days and witness the benefit.
Its interesting though - managing lots of celebratory events in the past 2 weeks has been challenging. I know such challenges will always arise and so I am learning to balance the art of maintaining positive thinking while keeping it 'real' about what I'm consuming at the same time. It is a process I'm starting to improve at.
Its almost as if I had been trained to be bipolar and now I am retraining myself to slow down and be steady. There are no giddy highs or draining lows ... no dramas are required. Now I can save my passion for the things that are really important to me ... I'm liking these changes.
