Cajun Chicken Breast Salad

4-Chicken breast boned and skinned
4 tbl Dijon mustard
fresh pepper
Cajun spice
Romaine Lettuce
Spring onions
Fresh mushrooms

Wash and pat dry chicken breast
Sprinkle fresh pepper over chicken breast
Sprinkle Cajun spice don't over do.
Place chicken breast in a glass oven dish
Coat top of Chicken breast with Dijon mustard
Place 1/2 pat of margarine on to of eat piece
Cover dish with aluminum foil place in 350 degree oven let cook for 45 min.

Next wash your vegetables and dry

1. On a serving plate rip lettuce leaves in to bit size pieces
2. Next slice tomato into wedges and place on top of lettuce
3. Slice spring onions place on tomato slices
4. Slice mushrooms and place next

When chicken breast is cooked through let cool for 5 minutes.

Then slice chicken breast and place on top of salad.

It taste better than any expensive salad you can buy out and for what you would have paid for one salad you can now feed 4 adults. You can save the money you would have spent and use it toward a Spark Coach or the Spark book maybe even the Bootcamp DVD. Just remember to invest it into you. Keep Pushing!

    (Though I never use margarine, only real butter, because of all the chemicals in margarine. I'm so chemical-averse I actually only buy Amish butter!)
