WAKE up call!!

I was a bit pessimistic in last posts when I found it hard to be as active as I wanted to be. I finally had a friend message me and just tell me to get it done, and not put so much emphasis on the days I hadn't succeeded and start each day anew. I'm happy to announce I've since lost 13 lbs!! I am still away from my ACTUAL weight goal but have total confidence I'll meet it by Dec. I had completely cut out sodas or refined sugars and have for the majority of my diet watched what I've eaten. It's helped tremendously! Don't think I'll indulge in a soda anytime soon, but progress is looking BRIGHT!! So to those out there who still need the motivation as much as I need it, if you keep trying you'll get there. The ride itself may be hard but when you finally get to see the progress you'll feel so proud!!!!!~
