Keeping myself accountable

One of the things that I've found helps me keep myself accountable is blogging. So, my new goal for the month of October is to blog every day, even if it's just a quick check-in to see how I'm sitting with my food log, exercise, etc. That means I'm logging into SP everyday. So, here I am. I might not say much sometimes, but I'm here!
As for today, I could have made better food choices, but I stayed within my ranges even with the choices I did make. I need to make sure that I have more fruits and vegetables available at our house. Next grocery shopping trip I will work on this!
No exercise today. Tomorrow my older kids will be home in the evening so it will be "off and running I go"--on our road if the weather is nice, at the gym if it's less than pleasant.
I have a 4-H fundraiser 5K on October 27, so I need to be ready for it! It would be awesome to beat my personal best of 30:11.
