It's now 8:30 at night, and I still haven't done my Insanity workout for the day.
I worked from 7am-3:30 pm. I cleaned house. And I went grocery shopping. Now that I'm back and relaxed, I almost don't want to do anything. I've been moving all day. Ugh, I know I should have done it right when I got home so this wouldn't happen. Need to find instant motivation.

    We all have moments like this. You can push thru it! Just do some low impact exercise when you feel like this, at least you know that you have done something, even if it is 10 minutes. Better than 0 minutes. emoticon emoticon

    doing it first thing in the morning is key and by the time you're fully awake and realize what's going on you'll be halfway done. Stick to it! it will pay off in the end. You never regret working out.

    After doing all that, I would be inclined to think that you have HAD your 'insanity workout' for the day. Why not just do something gentle for 1/4 or 1/2 hr while watching TV? I would leave the more extreme or longer work-outs for your non-work days or when you have a lot more energy!
