Well I weighed my self after week three of weighing everything, measuring everything, and sticking within the sp parameters and lost 0 pounds. In the past, I would eat, but today I did not. Winner, winner had grilled, skinless chicken breast for dinner!!!! I will not view this as a set back. My body is just rebelling a little. It will come around, and I will remain vigillant and persist in all efforts. My face looks thinner, and I feel good. Nuff said.
