Wednesday's Wacky Workout!

Hello my fellow Sparklers! Today was a bit slow to say the least! I was slow getting started on the Nu Step today, which is the first machine I chose to do & yet I only stayed on it for about 5 minutes due to keeping up with the time. For those of you who have never taken physical therapy at the Chattanooga Heart Institute, an hour is all one gets, so time is of the essence & so here's our routine, me and my mom's that is....Treadmill, Nu Step, Stationary, Recumbent bike, Airdyne, but not necessarily in that order.....mind you that in between each session, you record your heart rate, oxygen level, time, & degree of difficulty! To make a long story short, I only got in 24 minutes of exercise...go figure! emoticon emoticon emoticon
One more day to go, COME ON FREAKY FRIDAY! emoticon
