During my first 90 day challenge there wasn't much working out going on. Personal issues got in the way, and truthfully I was able to lose 50 lbs without too much physical activity other than walking. I was only walking about 1-1/2 miles every couple of days in my subdivision. So yesterday I started with just over 2 miles and today almost 3. I start bootcamp tomorrow morning and I am SCARED!!!!! Wish me luck friends!
