emoticon My office has come in 2nd place for the first week of the local October Commit-2-Fit fall challenge :) We are very small, only 15 employees and not all of them are full time, and we have 10 people (I think) particpating so that's pretty huge buy-in. I opened the list file just to see who got on it and was shocked! to see us there :) We're all riding high right now!

Also, Becca, that was a great story, really all need to be nicer to yourselves, love yourself more, give yourselves a break,'s all about Love, self Love, You are the most important person in the World right now, so look after yourselves, always keep saying to yourself, like I do..."I Love you, Sylvia' all day, until your self gets it!!!!!!

    Love & Light

I think that is a fabulous idea, and probably works very well in small offices, as you tend to bond more with your team mates!

I read that peoples habits (good or bad) tend to rub off on other people, literally. If you are around people trying to eat healthy, then you tend to eat healthier. I never knew that at my old office that I was a motivator until one of my old work pals told me so. I was kind of shocked when she told me as I was over 100+ pounds overweight but trying my best to eat healthy. We would share healthy treats with each other, too, and that kept us both from either the junk food machine, or Starbucks, as late in the afternoon, we always wanted to split a Starbuck's treat (at around 1400 calories per treat). I never knew it was SO caloric! We thought we were doing well to split it--lol!
