Feeling Great

I have been blessed to wake up another to spread the spark with such motavating people . It's been almost two weeks and im still pushing hard sticking to my goals and it feels great. Healthy eating and workingout isn't so bad after all. Last week i tried kiwi....this week i tried cottage cheese and guess what ??? I love them both. emoticon Let's see what else i can eat that's healthy emoticon

    YAY! Do you like yogurt? I have become addicted to it! I eat like 3 yogurts a day (I can't drink milk) and I love it. I have even added crushed ice and made my own smoothies from it. And it's one of those foods that is low enough in calories that you can eat it every day and then it becomes something you buy EVERY week at the grocery.

    I wish you luck on your weight loss and I fully believe that if you work the program it will work for you. I have already lost 20 pounds (in 3.5 months) and am hoping to have lost at leat one more this week.

    And I love to exercise now... and I have been stationary for almost 4 years!
