I am ready to start over and make fitness a priority in my life. I need to make fitness part of my daily routine as a way to help me transform both physically and mentally!
NO MORE EXCUSES! IT'S TIME TO DO THIS FOR ME!!!
I, like many other people, will need as much support on this journey as possible.
I will be starting the New YOU Bootcamp on Sparkpeople today, and hope that I can stick with it and make it part of my everday to-do list!
