It's another good day!

Got a full 8 hours of sleep!! I feel awesome!! No pain and not very hungry!

Ate a good breakfast and plan on getting to the pool today. I have Peer to Peer tonight from 6-8 pm. It probably won't take that long as they get to tell their stories. This is usually a difficult night for me. Almost as hard as telling my story. It can be very emotional. We have a small class, so it won't be a long class. That will be nice.

We had a NAMI Billings board meeting last night. It was a long one! Things can get very complicated when you are the member of a board of directors that manages a non-profit. I have been on a board before, but it was nothing like this. We are a working board. One of our members resigned and one will be done with their term at the end of the year. It has been a year since I became a member of the board. What a year! It has been one of learning.
emoticon Almost like being in school!! But I am truly enjoying the experience!

I am not on goal to lose 2 pounds since last week. Not even sure if I will have lost a pound. I am doing the best I can. Guess that is what I ask of myself! To do the best I can!! emoticon I hope all the 25 pound quarterly challenge participants on the 100+ in a year team are doing great! If they are doing their best...that is all anyone can ask of themselves! We all deserve a
emoticon star.

Have a great day! emoticon

When you start something new it always takes our bodies a little time to catch up and show the difference and the scale doesn't always show the changes that are happening in our bodies. Keep up the good work and eventually the results will start to show in meaningful ways like being able to do something with a bit more ease. You are really doing great and so glad you've been sleeping better!
