Weigh in day

Didn't lose anything as of this morning but happily I didn't gain either. I'll weigh again after my long walk with Tucker. This is my normal, to stay at a new weight, for a week or two before losing any more. Not too discouraged. Also, I really amped up my walking last week. I can feel the difference in my stomach muscles. Know this is a good thing!
