Weekend is over!

I always use to think of weekends as FAT because for us it was usually eating fast food or unhealthy takeout! This weekend I feel so GREAAAT!! Why? Because for the first time in YEARS, I prepared my own meals at home and they were completely healthy for me! The weekends use to be lounging on the couch with a soda and bag of chips or candy.....This weekend was moving around the house, watching and actually DOING workout videos(since it was too cold to take my son outside)! When I did sit down to watch TV, it was with a glass of water or some nutritious fruit! I am happy to say this has been the BEST weekend ever! HEALTHY ME, HERE I COME!
