REASONS, MOTIVATION, AND OUTCOME

REASON I wanted to lose weight because I was miserable and kept outgrowing clothes. I stopped exercising three years ago and now that I am more active in my daily life I can't believe how weak I am. I want to exercise to be stronger in order to do all sorts of things that I can't do now without hurting myself. I want to feel energized not sluggish.
MOTIVATION In the past I wanted to be slim and fit to appeal to the opposite sex and to be treated better by others. Today I want to be slim and fit because I am a worthwhile person who deserves to be taken care of, to feel good, to live a full life, to live longer, and to have the freedom to live the life I was designed for.
OUTCOME It's already becoming. Or maybe I should say that I am already becoming the new created me with a sparkle in my eye and a big smile on my face.
