End of week 1 - starting week 2!

Lbs lost: 6
Mental State: So happy about the total weight loss so far!
Energy level: Much better than yesterday... but still low
Motivation level: Very motivated. The success of 6 lbs in one week reminds me I really can do this! (even if it's not always so much progress!)
So it's been a really long week,(I swear it seemed more like 2 weeks)
I seem to still be fighting off whatever virus I had for 2 weeks previously - I still cough like crazy if I get too active, and I am SO TIRED all the time, worse than before I got sick.
However! There are really positive changes happening! I've lost 6 lbs, I know people in my house have also lost a lot this week(a combined loss of 15lbs! and more counting other family members!). It's really amazing to see everyone in my house eating so healthy and actually looking at the food they eat, and learning to be aware of what's truly bad for your body.
I myself have a few things I'd like to improve on, such as taking in more fruit and veggies than I do now, and drinking way more water than I have been. I've had more water than usual, but it's still almost nothing!
Anyway, I am really excited about all this still - It's a HUGE motivator to have so many people on board with this.
