A week

Well first week back kicking the Spark. I feel really good. Especially since I got in 250 minutes of exercise. Spent some amazing time with my kid. She is great and at 18 wanted me to go on the road trip with her friends.

I feel good about the exercise I did. Need to do more of it.

This week will be a challenge, but I am up to it. Need to get the attitude in check and make sure that I don't get all pissy/snippy with some people and that I make it happen.

    Heya you can do it I have faith in ya...It's ok to get pissy and snappy to people sometimes, we are only human and it happens...when it does don't be hard on yourself over it...just let it go with a grain of salt and keep chugging along
