For breakfast I actually got to take my time and make something!

Granted it was just my egg white platter, but it was still nice to be able to take it slow and cook as oppose to just eating cereal again. I like to relax in the mornings, it's probably one of my favorite things.

Oddly enough a few hours later I was still craving cheerios...go figure.

I made what I would normally eat for dinner as a third meal before I went to work on Thursday. This was a little chicken/spaghetti concoction, and it was really quite good! Just looking at it makes me want to make this for dinner.

And when I got home I made myself a turkey sandwich.
