Everyday I will
1. eat 3 fruit/ veggie/ day (1 after bf, 1 after lunch, 1 after dinner) - ate 1 before breakfast
2. Spend atleast 10 mins with sparkpeople.- DONE
3. drink 10 cups of water -NO
4. exercise for atleast 30mins. -NO
5. do not skip breakfast. -DONE
6. will note my progress in dairy -NO.

today had less junks. But didn't exercise ( exercising all the days, I feel boring) .
Next week
1. I need to be more strict in writing my progress in diary.
2. some times I forget to drink water. this week should be more careful.
3. really I don't like to eat apples, which is the only fruit I have at home. I need to top up my fridge with fruits which are easier to eat . this way I think I can eat more fruits. Will try Next week.
4. Next week I am going to add 1 more action. will try to do 10 pushups in the morning and 10 in the evening.
