I went to help my dad with wood on Friday. Got a lot of wood in the basement for him to burn this fall for heat. I did four truck loads, got a lot of exercise in.
Friday night we also had my sisters birthday party. It was a pizza party. I did good, made a white pizza for my hubby and I. Had feta cheese, spinach, mushrooms and garlic oil on it. Was yummy, alot of people were raving about it. I had two pieces and felt satisfied.

I had a small piece of cake and didn't feel bad about having it. I was really good this week with really no snacking. I weighed myself to check this week's damage, Im actually still losing. So I couldn't be happier. I missed the goal of being 300 last week, Im aiming for that this week :)
