Weekend Blogging is Difficult...

This is my first Saturday with SparkPeople and I think my motivation shows when I take the time to sit down and update my nutrition and fitness journals! :o) I'm making this an integral part of my life for the better! This is not going to be a long blog entry like I would like, but at least I'm posting ;o)

Painting on the Kid's room is complete, staining of the banister and hand rail is complete, prep of the hall and stairwell is complete. Commencing painting of hallway and stairwell in T minus 17 minutes (short break for lunch).

So while updating my nutrition today I came to the conclusion that it's super easy to be too low on intake... for instance, I inputted everything I had / will have for today... I'm only up to 900 some odd calories and low on a couple other categories. Perfectly fine on protein though :o) I don't want to just eat cookies to catch up on my goal levels... Maybe i'll have a healthy jello for dessert tonight (though that is only 100 calories) anywho, trial and error is the way.

back to painting!
