On SparkCoach today we are being challenged to "shake up" our exercise schedule. I do have a schedule but do not follow it very faithfully!! So perhaps my challenge would be to actually follow it for a week.

My "excuse" for this week is that I have been so stressed the past couple of weeks - mostly family situations. But, as I tell my granddaughters, these are just excuses - not reasons - and there is a difference. How often do we use excuses for not doing something we really do not want to do.

I have posted about drinking more water and am actually doing better this week. So perhaps it is time to post about following my workout plan for just one week. I think I have strength and cardio both for today. Will check and post here after I do it!!

Saturday: Strength Training - emoticon
Sunday: Scheduled Day Off - Church in the Morning and time with son n the afternoon.
Monday: Strength exercises this morning - a walk in the neighborhood this afternoon.
Tuesday: Elliptical - 4 minutes and Treadmill 12 minutes.
Wednesday: Nothing schedules. Did not get out and walk - but, did a bit of yard work and
some heavy duty house cleaning.
Thursday; Walked in the neighborhood this morning and then in the park with my daughter
this afternoon.
