First day

Okay, so this is my first day. Setting up in here and getting settled. I am hoping that I can keep up this program, as I tend to start things and get about 1/4 to 1/2 way and end up quitting. I don't want to keep up this yo-yo. Last time I did really well was when I really did concentrate on support and help from others. My husband is incredibly supportive and I have to thank him for that, because he struggles with many of the same issues I have and he does try to encourage me to get up and exercise. I am really starting to find what I like and what I don't and really working with what I like and not worrying about what I don't. My goal right now is just to move, and move consistently. Well, that's all for know. Hopefully I can continue this journey. emoticon

    it always feels like a long ways ahead when you look forward, but a year from now when you look back you will feel like you accomplished so much in such a short time you'll be excited to find out what else you can accomplish in 2 years time, 3 years time, and so on!     I found by making some new friends who are doing the same as I am, we get together and exercise, makes me more accountable knowing that someone is waiting on me to get my butt out there to do it... less temptation to hit the snooze button and fall back asleep. good luck on your new journey emoticon
