Day 16 of My Streaks

I'm still going strong with my streaks. It's fairly easy with the Diet Dr. Pepper now, especially since I usually don't leave my house during the week. As long as I don't see it, I don't miss it. For those of you who don't know it, I work from home. I thine this is what has really helped me get through not having my Diet Dr. Pepper. I really haven't had any thoughts about it during the day.
This afternoon I did a WATP workout I hadn't done since the beginning of this year. It's the Muscle One Mile WATP DVD using 2 lb weights; only my smallest weight is 3 lbs. I used the 3 lb weights during the whole workout. When I've done this workout before, I wasn't able to use the weights during the whole workout. I have a new WATP workout I just bought last week. It's called Walk Slim and came with a stretchy band. It is a total of 5 miles. Of course, I will be starting off with one mile and working my way up.
We had another evening walk with the dogs. They so love their walks. This morning I had to get up way to early to take my son to classes. The dogs thought we were going for a walk. Benny kept jumping up at his leash. I felt so bad, but Rocky was already running late. When I did my WATP workout, I had them outside. If they saw my shoes on my feet, they would have wanted to walk. I couldn't do that before Rocky had just left for his last class. I can only handle one dog at a time, at least for now.
