Boy oh boy.... Where did the day go?!?! Flew by so fast. Seems that today was nearly a carbon of yesterday. Maybe not totally. Oh, I know what was different ~ finally after all of this time with the foot injury and slow healing process I decided to try the hill again. I did it. There is still a catch in that foot, it's not completely pain free, but it's good enough that I can walk on it and I'm nearly up to my old speed again. I felt it more going down the hill than coming up. When I walk on the flat it's pretty good, but going down that steep hill, I could feel a little zing with every step. I might let it rest for 4-5 more days, then try the hill again. Just don't want to injure it all over again. If it wasn't for that foot injury I think I did real well on the hill. Didn't feel winded and made it all the way up non-stop at a pretty good pace. Did the rest of the cardio walking on the trail in the woods. Got in 22 min. on the x-bike @ 30 mph. No strength training scheduled.
Had homemade marinara (meatless) & whole wheat spaghetti for dinner. Before SP I hadn't eaten much whole wheat pasta, but it's so much better than semolina. Really like it. Two thumbs UP!
