Rollercoaster of a day

Technology has not been working for me today. I spent a frustrating day at the computer with web sites working against me and my computer locking up. At least SP is working! Stress drives me to eat. Today I did a couple of things to combat the urge. First I stopped before I ate anything and planned my meals. Then, I had a snack of carrots which I counted and tracked and hummus in a portioned 2 oz pack. A few hours later, I was still hungry. Fortunately, it was almost dinner time. I put the chicken in the oven to bake and went downstairs to jump rope, swing my kettle bell and do burpees. About 20 mins later, I didn't feel like eating, took my dinner to go and started running kids to activities. Eating in the car while waiting for football practice to end isn't the ideal dining experience, but I enjoyed every bite. Picked up the football player, dropped off the dancer and sat down to blog. Feeling much better now ... time to pick up the dancer. Ahh ... the life of a mom ;)
