I must admit that my eating has not been great since I stopped exercising due to my leg/vein procedure. You would think that I would have been watching it closer since I wasn't burning lots of calories but I haven't been.

I guess there's a few reasons - mostly that I've been kind of in a funk because works been crazy with some things going on and I can't exercise and it's making me crazy!!! emoticon

Today is the end of one week of no exercise except walking. emoticon
It is killing me. I thought it was tough last year but this time is worse, I think because I love the training sessions and don't want to lose much of what I've gained.

Today I went for 2 walks at work (we have an indoor route as our building is huge) and then I did WIO and a little ST (all arms).
On a sad note, my jeans feel tight. I am chalking that up to the chinese food that we had last night but we will see.

Tomorrow I am cracking down on the food and tracking and staying in range. I may have only tracked one day this week....... very dangerous. emoticon
Maybe I'll do a food blog. Those always keep me on the straight and narrow. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Track it, girl! Staying honest with food tracking can really help to get me back on the right path if I have a few bad days.

    You've done so well, that I know you will have no trouble getting back on track. Keep up with those walks and I think you'll be in good shape for when you can resume full workouts.

    I find it easier to write down what I eat in a notebook (including the number of calories)and then sit at the computer and track it all at once whether it is every day or every couple of days. Tracking takes time and is not much fun for me. It helps that I eat the same foods over and over, so there is no surprise at how much the calorie count is at the end of the day. I have the normal meals written on 3x5 cards, so I can just pick out the things I eat and not go over my goal.

    I love Chinese food! I cook a lot of stir fry meals. Yummy! emoticon

    I'm with you, tonight I will finish logging my food, and tomorrow I will watch what I eat better. I have a down fall...It is a soft drink that is called Cranberry/Limeade it is sugary...it does come in diet so I guess I will try that if I have to have one tomorrow I hope it tastes just as good.     Tracking is my biggest struggle. Right along with ST. It bores me to tears. LOL

    Get one day in of tracking & the rest will follow!

    you will get there - I have several procedures done on my legs and admire you for your persistence I gave up two years ago after I got such a bad case of phlebitis!

    OH MY salt will do that to you making things tight how do your rings feel on your fingers that is MY first clue!
