MoTiVaTeD: Maintenance Week 11

Out of sight, out of mind worked. I was able to have more self control over my choices of food (not so healthy) with them being put away. This week I wasn't looking to lose a lot of weight...just what I had GAINED on last week but to my surprise I lost 4.6lbs. I know it is not healthy to lose too much too fast but I only changed one thing and that was getting back to portion control. I ate my DP of 32, ALL of my weekly and 12 AP's. My workout plan of action didn't change and I even took a day off from working out. Our bodies will do what it wants but having something to guide us through life (WW) knowing that we can be healthy and fit... it gives us that much more POWER to overcome anything!

I know that maintaining my weight for 10+ weeks I let myself get too complacent. I don't want to become too lazy or get too comfortable that I forget how hard I worked and how this is a life journey to overcome this food battle.
