anyone up for a challenge?

I post these on my "blog" that I use alot... so you can visit me there too...

Starting Friday Oct 5th
I will be tracking all my food and exercise on and posting it here.

I have made a goal for myself to lose (or try to come close) twenty pounds by the Christmas holiday.
That gives me almost 12 weeks to do it.

I might be pushing it, but I have to push myself or I won't do it. I will just keep on the distructive path I am on now.

I do appreciate your comments my friends. I was hard on myself last post, but I had to say it out loud. I needed you to know what I'm dealing with and not sugar coat it :)
at least I know there are a couple people out there still reading my blog

I will be tracking everything.
staying low carb-vegetarian-lots of paleo recipes.. which I will be posting also.

is there anyone out there that wants to join me?
maybe call it 20 by 12/20?

yeah that was lame
I will come up with something awesome by Friday. swear

I will have weekly check in's, weigh in's, blog sharing, maybe some prizes etc.. it will be fun!
