2. How did you pick your goal weight? Did you pick an ultimate goal weight at the beginning of your weight loss? Did it change? Did you set smaller goals along the way?

I picked my goal weight to match my size. I will never be a size 6 - my body just isn't constructed that way. I'm tall and large boned - @ 175 puts me in a 12-14 which would be so absolutely amazing.......... to be there. However, when I was a size 12-14 - I thought I was fat and unhappy with my body, - thus has been a life long issue. I grew fast - I was 5'8" by @ 6th grade - you know in elementary school you lined up for school pics shortest to tallest - well there I was... last every single time... behind all the boys.. and the cute little girls were always up front.. - some thoughts into how my growing years contributed to such body and esteem issues. When I was in college I was @ 170 - not slender by any means for a 5'9" girl - again surrounded by girls that were in the 120s.......... so it is what it is.. and it is what it was... However today - I'd be proud to show a weight of 175..
Very proud!! Then maybe I wouldn't have to hide my turkey waddles/ triple chins with scarves and high neck sweaters like I have in my posted photos..... Those chins are more and more bothersome as I see them in pics emoticon

I have set smaller goals now. I set my goals according to decades. I am now in the 60s which I was in the 70s for years and years... and so I am glad to be in the 60s... looking forward to the 50s... one baby step at a time.
